Geoffrey Pierini, Founder / CEO
Mr. Pierini’s background in health care infrastructure construction spans two decades having managed over $100 million in projects. He has demonstrated great strength in problem solving and logistics. With additional great focus on pre planning and risk management Mr. Pierini continues to drive the success and growth of the company. Mr. Pierini has an extensive background in the pre installation construction phase of diagnostic and surgical device installations across a broad range of platforms and manufacturers. Mr. Pierini has cultivated a specialized knowledge of the regulatory environments overseeing the healthcare and medical device industries. From project conception to completion, Mr. Pierini brings invaluable skill and resources to each project Excalibur Group assumes.
George Dale, Director of Operations
With over thirty years of experience in the construction industry, Mr. Dale has accumulated a lifetime of knowledge across the trade disciplines. Mr. Dale was founder and the operator of a midsized custom millwork company that provided custom products to schools, hospitals, medical offices, dental offices, dialyses centers, commercial office buildings, banks, retail operations and numerous imaging centers. Excalibur Group acquired Mr. Dale’s Company in 2008. In addition to operating Excalibur Group’s in-house millwork shop and metal fabrication shop, Mr. Dale works closely with project managers to ensure the success of all aspects of each project he assumes by coordinating timelines and material placement with project stakeholders. Mr. Dale has cultivated an expertise in space planning, designing, drafting, fabricating specialty millwork and cabinetry. Mr. Dale has coordinated over $30 million projects for clients including Rutgers University, JFK Hospital, Heller Park, and the New Jersey Division of Motor Vehicles.
Victor J. Bonfiglio, Senior Project Manager
Mr. Bonfiglio has amassed over thirty five years of experience and knowledge in the construction industry. Through his experience he has developed a complete understanding of all aspects necessary for the successful operation and profitability in this field. Mr. Bonfiglio is a member of the United States Green Building Council. Mr. Bonfiglio has successfully managed and coordinated projects with budgets in excess of five million dollars. The range of Mr. Bonfiglio’s projects include custom residential remodeling, commercial tenant build outs, Ground up construction, design build, concrete block construction, steel frame construction, tilt-up, stick built and modular construction. Mr. Bonfiglio has successfully managed the construction of many shopping centers, strip malls, schools, pre-schools, and personal residences through the use of his expertise in the field as well as his Time and Budget management skills.
