For instance, one major obstacle was overcome by you and your team without hesitation or additional cost to Philips, which saved the day.  During the rigging of the magnet into the building the magnet size as shipped from the factory varied from plan and did not fit into the precut opening, requiring rapid response to remove a large water pipe and cut a hole into the building to do so. 

Your team’s flexibility and willingness to go above and beyond the proposed plan helped us to deliver the MRI system into the building within the short time window and was crucial to avoiding significant delays and customer dissatisfaction.
