Turnkey–Design/Build
The turnkey program was established to provide busy professionals and
organizations with an efficient, cost saving alternative to the traditional time-
consuming, expensive, construction process.  By ensuring limited down time and
increased savings, this program provides innovative steps from conception to
completion.  Meetings are kept to the bare minimum, by eliminating multiple
contacts with individual designers. After the initial meeting with Excalibur Group,
our staff will move forward with conceptual drawings that when approved, will
allow us to complete the final steps of engineering, architectural support, and
completion.  During the planning phase, Excalibur Group will proceed with
timelines, logistics, procurement of materials, obtaining permits, location of
subcontractors and ensuring the construction documents are complete. Upon receipt
of these documents, we will begin immediately cutting project time considerably.

Traditional Construction
If you already have a set of plans and would like an estimate from Excalibur Group

Fast Track–Emergency Service
Emergency service and equipment upgrade sometimes demands an immediate
response from a construction company. Excalibur Group is able to mobilize a team
immediately to provide round the clock response to most any request your imaging
center may have.

Consulting Services
If you are thinking about expanding your center but are not sure how to proceed,

will review your current operation, survey a possible new location or expansion of
the existing location, and provide you with a feasibility study and recommendations.

Design
Excalibur Group offers complete design services ranging from basic conceptual
drawings to complete architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, civil, and
structural engineering services. Interior design services and architectural renderings
are also available for presentations.
